Josianne Gauthier is a Clinical Pharmacist at Whitehorse General Hospital in the Yukon Territory, northern Canada, where she has practiced since 2010. She played a key role in the development and implementation of the Yukon Frostbite Protocol and has since developed a strong interest in frostbite research. She has contributed to several publications and presented at local and international conferences. She co-founded the Canadian Frostbite Care Network and is a founding member of the International Frostbite Research Group. In her free time, she enjoys trail running, hiking, skiing, camping, and canoeing in the Yukon wilderness with her partner and two young daughters.
