Lenka Horáková, MD, PhD is President of the Czech Society of Mountain Medicine. She serves as Research Lead at the Department of Anesthesiology, Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine, Bulovka University Hospital, where she also heads the Department of Data Medicine. Her research focuses on field experiments in mountain medicine, particularly respiratory physiology during simulated avalanche burial, as well as the performance and limitations of medical devices in extreme outdoor environments and advanced physiological data analysis in critical care.
