Naomi Dodds

Naomi is an anaesthetist based in Aberdeen, with interests in prehospital critical care and mountain medicine. Recently completing a fellowship with the ScotSTAR Emergency Medical Retrieval Service.

She is a mountain rescue team doctor, Scottish Representative for the Faculty of Prehospital Care, Education Lead for ICAR MedCom, and Deputy Director for the International Diploma in Expedition and Wilderness Medicine run by Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. 

As a qualified UIMLA International Mountain Leader she guides expeditions around the globe and instructs at Glenmore Lodge, the National Outdoor Training Centre for Scotland. 

In 2023 she volunteered as a physician with the Himalayan Rescue Association at the Pheriche rescue post.
