Downstairs at this beautiful cafe we’ll host “The Conversation” - an opportunity for everyone to meet up and chat!

Upstairs, we’ll be hosting “Mountains As Medicine”, a collaboration with the Sheffield Adventure Film Festival (SHAFF) who have curated a series of films that highlight how the outdoor environment can be harnessed to help recovery from a range of physical and psychological problems.

An example of this is “The Parkinson’s Project”.
