​Former Army nursing officer and current Army reservist, with experience as a military adventurous training instructor and RAF Mountain Rescue volunteer. Holds the UK DiMM and is a Montane athlete. Has taken part in multiple expeditions to Nepal and Norway, and was most recently involved in establishing the Slava Topol Project PSAR initiative on Lenin Peak in Kyrgyzstan. Now based in the Lake District, she is passionate about hiking, mountaineering, and ultra running.
